Reach Out for Children and Homes International (“ROCHI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit organization registered with the Secretary of State of California, dedicated to providing education, healthcare, shelter, nutrition, and empowerment programs to underprivileged children and families in the Philippines and the United States.

- Contact form submissions — when you use the form on our Contact Us page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the message you send us, including any inquiries about volunteering or partnering with us.

Donations & Payment Processing
The Site indicates that we accept donations by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Donations are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank account credentials on our own servers — this information is transmitted directly to our payment processor under its own security and privacy practices.
We retain records of the donation amount, date, and donor contact information necessary for receipting, gift acknowledgment, and financial recordkeeping, consistent with nonprofit accounting requirements.

- Program partners — the community partners in the Philippines and the U.S. who help us deliver our education, healthcare, shelter and nutrition, and empowerment programs, on a need-to-know basis and never for their independent marketing use.
- Legal & safety — when required by law, subpoena, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ROCHI, our beneficiaries, or the public.
- Business changes — in the unlikely event of a merger, reorganization, or transfer of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy’s continued protections.
Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adult donors, volunteers, and supporters, and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information through the Site from children under 13 in the manner regulated by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Photos, first names, or stories of the children and families we serve through our programs may appear on the Site to illustrate our work; this program-related content is handled under the consent and safeguarding protocols of our program partners, separate from Site data collection covered by this policy. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us through the Site, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including ongoing donor relations, tax and accounting recordkeeping, and legal compliance. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

Because our programs operate in both the United States and the Philippines, information may be accessed, stored, or processed in either country by our staff, program partners, or service providers.
