These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of reachoutforchildren.org (the “Site”), operated by Reach Out for Children and Homes International (“ROCHI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a nonprofit organization registered with the Secretary of State of California. By visiting the Site, submitting our contact form, or making a donation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
About ROCHI
ROCHI is a nonprofit charitable institution focused on the needs and welfare of underprivileged children and families in the Philippines and the United States, through programs centered on education, healthcare, shelter and nutrition, and empowerment. Use of the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our mission and programs, contact us, and make donations. In using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact form;
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems; or
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content beyond what these Terms permit.
Donations
The Site indicates that we accept donations by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, processed through a third-party payment processor. Donations to ROCHI are voluntary and, except where required otherwise by law or processor error, are non-refundable once processed. We use donations to support our education, healthcare, shelter and nutrition, and empowerment programs, consistent with our mission as described on the Site.
Intellectual Property
The text, images, logos, and other content on the Site are owned by ROCHI or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The Site links to our social media pages (Facebook, X, and YouTube) and, when you choose to donate, to a third-party payment processor. These third-party sites are not operated by ROCHI, and we are not responsible for their content, practices, or terms. We encourage you to review their own terms and policies before using them.
